We aim to dispatch goods in stock within 3 days of cleared funds, however during exceptionally busy periods there may be a slight delay. You may call or email us on the information provided to confirm current status of your order.

Most Products are shipped via the Royal Mail, unless requested otherwise. Other methods of shipping or carriage requested by the Purchaser at time of order will be subject to a surcharge payable by the Purchaser. Shipping and Carriage charges are added at time of Checkout if using the on-line shopping cart and are for UK Mainland address deliveries only.

Overseas Customer using the on-line shopping cart will be sent an additional Invoice for delivery costs to their email address for on-line payment. Goods will not be dispatched until the additional charge is settled in full. Alternatively, Overseas Customers should contact VW Turbo Ltd to confirm shipping charges before placing orders. For Overseas shipments it is the Purchasers responsibility to pay any additional export duties, local duties or local taxation for goods ordered  / received.

Shipping & Carriage

Goods lost in transit will be paid in line with the amount received from the Carrier or Postal Service, unless other arrangements have been made at the express request of the Purchaser. Any additional insurance charges will be passed to the Purchaser for payment before dispatch of goods.

Goods that are received damaged or with shortages, must be notified to VW Turbo Ltd within 24 hours of receipt. Original packaging and paperwork must be retained by the Purchaser as this may be required in the event of a claim against the carrier

Damaged or Lost Goods

Goods must be returned in original unmodified and undamaged condition ,and must be suitably packed to avoid any damage when being returned. Associated costs (carriage and packing charges) with return of goods is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Items that the Purchaser wishes to return are to be notified to VW Turbo Ltd within 10 days of dispatch date. In the unlikely event of goods being supplied incorrectly, damaged, faulty or unsuitable for the purpose that they were supplied please contact VW Turbo Ltd within 10 days and subject to agreement we will issue either a full refund or replacement on receipt of items to be refunded or replaced.

Returns

Warranties are those offered by the original Manufacturer and are restricted to the replacement or refund of the supplied items  or items value within the warranty period, and exclude any consequential loss that may be incurred by the Purchaser (eg carriage, garage labour costs or charges, vehicle recovery, car hire, loss of earnings etc) from any resulting problems. Items must be fitted, maintained and used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. Fitment or usage of an Item will be taken as acceptance of these terms.
